1. How do I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email and a message on your mobile number with a tracking link. Look for it in your email inbox and message box of your cell phone.  For your convenience please add “www.edenorganics.pk” to your email address book. You can track the order also by the tracking number of the courier we use which we send to you at the shipping level.   1. How does you are notified for order confirmation?

Once you place your order from our website. You will receive an automated SMS from our system containing a link to view the order and an email confirming that your order is confirmed. You will receive another SMS when we ship your order in which there will be a particular tracking ID of your order of our courier service. By that tracking ID you can track the transportation stages of your order.

  1. What are the exchange, return and refund policies for www.Edenorganics.pk?

Any product may be returned within 7 days of purchase if the packing is not opened. If you have opened the packing and are not satisfied with it, please call 0321-4125448 and the customer care agent will guide you accordingly, you can select from below options for returning your product/s.

Option 1

If you have made bank transfer you can return your product/s directly to Aegis Nutraceuticals 175-B shahjamal colony Lahore, once we receive your products at the address we will return your amount to your Bank Account.

Same is the case with cash on delivery.

Option 2

If you suspect your product has been tampered with. You can return the parcel then and there to the rider or keep the original product and product packaging if possible and inform us within 7 days. We’ll provide instructions on how to send the product back. For assistance call 0321-4125448
